Meditation course: Working with Emotions and Mindstates sat 15.4. Helsinki

On this course we will be exploring working with and understanding mindstates and emotions in meditation. Mindstates and emotions are an integral part of our experience and life. Over this session we’ll explore ways of connecting with our emotions through the experience of the body, find wise ways of relating to our emotional experiences, both challenging and lovely, and also look at how emotions and mindstates colour our experience and perceptions of our selves, others and the world. The course will offer a practical set of tools for the meditator to deepen their practice. The course is suitable for beginners, as well as for people with more experience.

The course will consist of guided meditations, teaching and Q & A.

There are also interview slots available before and after the course, if you would like support with your personal practice. If you would like a personal interview before the course, just send Juha an email.

Please note: This course is primarily intended for people who don’t speak Finnish and the places are limited.
